Government bids for the crews who do the work.
Government contracts are lucrative but the paperwork is a nightmare. We'll simplify it for you.
Contractors — here are live bids for government contracts. Need more work for the winter and the beginning of next year? Here are the bids available right now.
Janitorial, grounds & landscaping, and fencing work — posted by cities, counties, schools, and state agencies across 14 states. Every listing on this board is checked against its source portal before it posts. No firehose, no stale deadlines, no 5,000 listings you'll never bid.

Verified bids, open now
This is the same feed our own bid team works from — filtered to service trades and checked line by line. If a deadline moves, the listing moves or comes down. What you see here is what we'd bid from ourselves.

New bids land every weekday, and we'd rather show you nothing than something stale. Join the free digest and the next match for your trade and state comes to you.
Get the free digestRegistration help is included — not an upsell
Finding a bid is half the job. The other half is being registered correctly on the portal that posted it — the right vendor account, the right commodity codes, the right alert settings. Get one code wrong and the free systems never show you the work at all.
What setup help covers
- Your state vendor registration, done with you step by step
- Portal accounts created and saved properly
- Commodity codes chosen so the alerts actually match your trade
- Bid alerts tuned to your trade and your state
What it doesn't cover
Setup help gets you registered and alerting. Chasing a specific bid beyond your plan's monthly prep cap is $50 a bid — stated up front, never a surprise. The full GovCon Engine packets remain the deep, done-with-you system when you want that instead.
See the full system when you're ready for that step.
How it works: you upload, we register
1. Start your plan
Pick the tier that matches where you work — home state, nationwide, state contracts, or federal.
2. Upload your documents
Business formation papers, EIN letter, W-9, licenses, and your insurance certificate — through the secure upload link we send you at signup. Never bank logins, never personal IDs.
3. Our team registers you
Our registration team completes your vendor and portal registrations from those documents, sets your commodity codes, and turns on your alerts.
4. Saved and proven
Every credential is saved in our secure vault, and a registration counts as done only after a real sign-in proves it works. You get the status of every registration, in plain English.
Simple monthly plans. Cancel anytime.
Every paid plan includes the full board for your coverage, instant match alerts, and registration setup help.

Find your board
Every trade-and-state page carries the same verified feed, the registration steps for that state, and plain answers about bidding the work.
Before you ask
How is this different from the free state portals?
The portals are free — and there are thousands of them, each with its own registration, codes, and format. The Bid Board pulls the service-trade work from across them into one verified feed, and the registration help gets you set up on the ones that matter for your trade. You're paying to skip the hunting and the setup mistakes, not for the listings themselves.
How do I know a listing is real and current?
Every listing is checked against its source portal before it posts, and the verified date shows on the card. Listings are re-checked before their deadlines; when a date moves or a bid closes, the listing updates or comes down.
What does registration setup help actually do?
You upload your documents — W-9, insurance, licenses — and our team registers you: state vendor registration and portal accounts created, commodity codes set to match your trade, alerts tuned. Wrong codes are the number-one reason small crews never see bids they're qualified for — registration help fixes that at the start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel and the paid access runs to the end of the month you've paid for; the free digest is yours to keep or leave with one click.
Does the board bid for me?
The board finds and verifies the work and gets you registered to pursue it — your business, your prices, your bid. And you're not on your own: every plan includes hands-on help putting proposals together, up to your plan's monthly bid-prep cap, plus coaching from our team. Need more bids prepared in a month? Extra bids are $50 each.
Your next contract is already posted somewhere.
The only question is whether you see it in time. Get the free digest and find out what your trade looks like in your state this week. Already on the digest list? Reply YES to any digest email and we'll set up a call.
